Ingredients
  • 2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 Largeonion, chopped
  • 1 tbspginger puree
  • 3garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tinchopped tomatoes
  • 1cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1green chilli, sliced
  • 500mlstock
  • 1/2lemon, juice
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
Method
  • Step 1Heat the oil in a pan over a high heat and add the onions, garlic, chilli and ginger then fry for approx. 1-2 minutes until golden in colour.
  • Step 2Add the spices and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the pot.
  • Step 3Add all other ingredients to pot and cook.
  • Step 4Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with rice and naan bread.
