Ingredients
- 2 tspcumin seeds
- 1/2 tspturmeric
- 1 tspground cumin
- 1 tspcurry powder
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1 Largeonion, chopped
- 1 tbspginger puree
- 3garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tinchopped tomatoes
- 1cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1green chilli, sliced
- 500mlstock
- 1/2lemon, juice
- to tasteSalt and pepper
Method
- Step 1Heat the oil in a pan over a high heat and add the onions, garlic, chilli and ginger then fry for approx. 1-2 minutes until golden in colour.
- Step 2Add the spices and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Add the pot.
- Step 3Add all other ingredients to pot and cook.
